- They allow true tractability. The consumer can control everything at every step in the process (Farm, Transport, Abattoir, Packaging, Organic certification…)
- We offer social benefits: Our animals are truly efficient fire fighters and are part of the cultural heritage that it is our duty to preserve.
- These farms open up new possibilities to help maintain people living in the countryside.
- The farmers are genuinely proud of what they do and have the satisfaction of knowing that they are doing things the way they aught to be done.
