Ethical Considerations

- A FAIR PRICE FOR THE PRODUCER. The price doesn't fluctuate and we don't speculate. The price to the producer is 10-15 % higher than the price paid to specific regional denomination farmers.

- A FAIR PRICE FOR THE CLIENTS. The final price for organic meat shouldn't be more than 10-15% higher than conventional meat so that it doesn't become a luxury product, available to only a few. To avoid this we need a Social Contract that compensates the organic farmers for the important work that we do for society.
