“Customer Lot” of Darfresh packages.
We sell direct to households, specialist organic shops, supermarket chains, consumer groups…etc. For these sales we use the meat of the breeds from the province of Ourense that are in danger of extinction.
Carcassses and sides.
These sales are to professional butchers that are aware of the advantages of our distinctive and unique quality. For these sales we use the meat from “Rubia Gallego” and their crosses because of their superior meat production.
